Olympic Dam Mine Expansion
The Bill authorising the Government's contract with BHP Billiton over the Olympic Dam Expansion has now passed State Parliament.The Roxby Downs (Indenture Ratification) (Amendment of Indenture) Amendment Bill 2011 contains appallingly weak conditions that make a mockery of claims that it will ensure 'world's best environmental practice'.
